First purchase:
If this is your first purchase of the Changing Foundation or one of our Velvet Dream Lipsticks and you find that the product does not meet your expectations, you are eligible for a full refund. We only ask you to explain why it didn't meet your expectations and to send us photos so we can continue to improve our product.

Refund period:
The refund process must be initiated within 30 days after receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund under this policy.

Important notes:
1. This one-time offer is exclusively for customers who try our Changing Foundation or Velvet Dream Lipsticks for the first time. Subsequent purchases of the Changing Foundation or any of our Velvet Dream Lipsticks will not be eligible for this refund policy.
2. Any abuse or improper use of this policy will result in the loss of the right to a refund.
