  • PROCESSING

    Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays).

    Orders placed and paid for on a Sunday are processed and shipped on Monday.

    We send an email confirmation once we have received your payment. You will receive a new confirmation (support@merodacosmetics.uk) once your order has been shipped to the specified address.

    We are not liable for non-delivery or incorrect delivery due to incorrect data entry. Please fill in all parts of your address and do not forget your house number (it's surprising how many people do).

    If you do not fill in the required address or contact details, this may result in your order retaining the "unfulfilled" status. We always try to contact you if this is the case. Your response is needed to ship and deliver your order. Sometimes we receive feedback that our emails end up in "SPAM" or "Junk" folders, so check these folders if you have not received your package within the scheduled delivery time. The order can remain unfulfilled for only 30 days, after which we are forced to cancel the order due to the excessive daily administration to manage the order. If we have not received a response from you within 30 days of placing the order, your order will be cancelled WITHOUT refund due to the additional administrative costs. But as we are accustomed, we expect that if your order is not delivered within the indicated time or if you have not received a shipping confirmation with tracking number, you contact our support team to ask a question.

    Your order will be delivered by a courier service. If you are not present to receive your order, our courier company may leave a delivery card so you can make alternative arrangements or drop off your package at a pickup location. To ensure a safe and undamaged delivery of your order, our courier company cannot 'hide' the order at the address.

    We cannot guarantee delivery times; these are indicative and for information only. However, we work closely with the couriers to improve the service, and we will soon introduce delivery options at checkout where you can pay to upgrade delivery or insurance.

  • Status of my order

    You can find a Track & Trace number in the shipping confirmation email. With the Track&Trace link in the email, you can follow the status of your order.

    For shipping within the UK, if the payment of your order has been successful on business days, more than 95% of these orders are already delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

    Please note that the courier may not post any tracking information online until 24 hours after the order has been shipped.

    In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive within the regular delivery time, please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
    We can only initiate an investigation with the courier within 7 DAYS after the original delivery date.

    The faster we start the claim and investigation process, the quicker we can reship your items or refund your money.

    Shipped
    Our courier has picked up your order from our warehouse and is in the process of delivering it to you.

  • FINDING A MISSING PACKAGE

    If the tracking information for your package confirms delivery and you cannot find the delivered package, make sure before contacting us:

    1 Inquire with neighbors and family members
    2 Look around the delivery location
    3 See if there is a courier's note of a delivery attempt
